Look what he did to my car

Happened 05/05 around 2:10AM in the apartment complex where I stay. Hit and run in the parking lot and I was even thinking of doing a suspension overhaul some time this year. Got no insurance from the mother****er who hit the car but I'm getting the police report Monday.

The door still locks and closes.

never seen anything like it -- i cant see the damage to the van so its hard to tell exactly what happened.

if ur insurance does not cover that then dont bother fixing the body

The quarter panel is also bent on the other side. but not as bad and it's just a big dent that can be popped out.

I think my car got hit after the van got hit so my car got hit by him and the van.

Just a lil background. I was sleeping after finishing up work around 12AM and I heard a loud bang and my car alarm went off. I looked out and saw that. I called the cops they came and they said they know who it was and I think they arrested him and impounded his car. Cops told they kept tabs on him since he had no job. I went to school later around 7AM so I didn't get to talk to the owner of the Honda but I did talk to the owner of the van and all he has is a case # like me.

Glad to hear they think that they have him. Here, hit and runs are an epidemic. Not sure how/if you'll be able to recover any money from him. If he didn't have a job, he very easily may have allowed his insurance to lapse. Have the police given you any idea as to whether or not he was insured?

I'm sorry to see that.

How fast must have been going, to have hit a 5000lbs van and push it into two other vehicles? All that in an apartment parking lot?!

Where I'm from people can elect to pay a small premium for Underinsured Motorist Protection to guard against imbeciles like the one who caused the accident in this case.

He came around a curve and it was a lil wet out and he has an old school Chevy so it weighs a lot. Chances are since it was Saturday early morning he was drunk. I have no idea if he was insured but from what I remember his tag was current. You cant hold a license and a current tag with no insurance in GA.

Right after the accident. I called a friend and I left Atlanta to go to school in Lawrenceville and that's when I took the pics.

Don't have any more. The van got hit on the driver side like mine but not as bad. Mine took the worst of it. The guy that caused this had dark gray paint all over his white Chevy from the van and some of my paint. That's how the cops got him.

It was an old school Chevy sedan. It weighs a lot.

Today I got the police report but I didn't even bother reading it.
