the ground control coilovers are for 4th and 5th gen cars. My GC were for 95-99 Maxima's, and they fit fine.

What makes it adjustable .. the GC components or the shocks? I'm kinda confused ....

The GC are adjustable. click on the link at the top (original post) and look at the pic on there.

Ghetto instructions:

1) Put rubber bands over stock housing (slip over the rod and down to the housing).
2) Put on GC sleeves (make sure you get rubber bands underneath).
3) Done.

I cuz I can.
