Is there a easier way of installing fog lights than the one listed in the how-to? Does anyone else have a tutorial? Or is that pretty much the only way to do it? I got new bulbs for my fog lights, but I need some tips for installing them, and what about the re-adjusting the alignment, will I have to mess with that once I re-install the bulb / fog light unit? HELP! I am very new to this, it took me like 20 mins just to do my headlights, but I got them done! And they look sweet, now on to the fog lights.

The directions on the .ORG tell you all you need to know. Once you get down and dirty, you'll find it to be easier than you think and everything's out the window after you change one side. Do the left first.

You have 2 choices when it comes to changing your fogs.

1st: you need to crawl underneath your car and unscrew bolts and rip out your plastic pieces and change you fogs.

2nd: if your car is too low(for some reason), you can also just take out your headlights to gain acess to your fogs. you still need to push out the fog light housing cuz you can't change the bulbs from there. clipping out the headlight is as easy as unscrewing 2 screws holding the headlight and pop it out from the socket.( do this carefully or your paint will be scratched).

I just take my fogs off...its easier for me that way and to adjust i just pull in front of my garage and line up the lights until they look right

just unbolt those things under your car so you remove the splash thing, take a long screw driver and start poking at it or something.. thats what the mechanic did to change mine and he poped them out... to bad those fogs i put in arent as bright as i thought. thinking of replacing all my lights to PIAA xtreme.. or should i use Catz galaxy white for the heads and fogs, then xtremes for the corners and sides? dont know if they'll match or not

The hardest part of the install is releasing the foglamp from its position. I quick tap with a rubber mallet on the back and its done. Just remember to hold the front of the foglight assembly so it doesn't pop right out into the street!!! Only one screw holds in the lamp and its easily undone with a 10mm socket.

I have heard good things in relation to Catz Galaxy Whites but still believe in PIAA products. Some do and some don't.....but thats why we all have preferences.
