anyone rolled there fenders?

just what the title says
just wondering how it would look to either ROLL or Flare the fenders, but not like make them POKE out or be very noticeable, just to fit like a 19 x 8.5 or something of that nature. but i dont want to really CUT a **** ton of metal out or anything HUGE. just maybe bend / flare / roll the fender a little.
well just seeing what everyone has done

Rolled my rear ones a few months ago using Eastwood's fender roller tool: http://www.eastwoodco.com/jump.jsp?i...rID=323&KICKER

I have 255-45-17s on 17x8 wheels with no rub.
will eventually take pictures.

You know I saw that the other day, wanted to buy it. I couldnt justify spending $250 on it just to use it once.

Will wait patiently for your pics

Wow I didnt even know about tools like that. Does it crack the paint and make you do some touchups, or is it not that harsh?

Depending on the age, condition, type, thickness, and temperature of the paint, it may or may not crack. It also depends on how much you want to roll. If you're just doing a little bit, it's not bad. but if you're going to fold over the inner lip with a sharp edge, it's going to crack.

If you want it done locally, I know a shop that's got the tool (I had him do it for me). He charges $50 per axle, so $100 for the whole car. It takes about 20 min per wheel, so the cost is just labor time.

That sounds like a good deal, I have no asperations for this (yet, if ever) since I'm still spending money to get this car running properly.
