SAI out of spec: What's bent/broken?
SAI out of spec: What's bent/broken?
First, I would not care about the SAI angle being off, but my car has had a slight pull for as long as I can remember. It has always measured 15.5 on the right, where it pulls, and close to 14 (spec?) on the left. With correct toe, equal caster/camber, different tires/wheels, new tie rod ends (outer) it still pulls. It is also very sensitive to crowned roads.
So, is this likely a bad lower ball joint, strut mount, bent control arm, or bad control arm busing? Any other ideas. I've thought about adding the Energy Suspension sway bar end link busings to reduce the wander somewhat (not a major issue), but I doubt this will resolve the pull.

its like where ur rear is pointing, if i remember correctly. its like your front wheels can be tracked to be dead straight but your rear wheels want to go left or right. therefore causing big problems. i never got to play with SAI if this is what i'm thinking about... i could be smoking crack
rear camber is 1.0 degree negative on each side, with the left slightly more toe'd in than the right. A mechanic long ago said this would cause a slight pull to the left which makes sense. The SAI on the right front is the only thing out of spec. I have three old specs I can post and may get another this week (new tie rod ends).
