has anyone tried "LANKA" ? touch up paint blender

my friend turned me on to some solution that blends the touchup paint on your car. you apply it on like wax. it supposed to get rid of the blobing affect that happens with touch up paint. i was hoping to find out if anyone used it before and if it worked good or not.
