I have a Pathfinder throttle body adaptor that I bought from Kenneth, who bought it from Stephen Max. It comes with the mounting bolts. The adaptor is made to fit a Pathfinder throttle body on either a stock intake manifold, or else a MEVI. I will have pictures this weekend. It's already off the car and I can ship on monday. don't know about modifying it to fit an 00VI, I am guessing you could possibly drill other holes in it to fit the 00VI.
