You can't tap the 02 sensor. Are you trying to re-tap the bung on the exhaust, or die the 02 sensor itself?

If die the 02 sensor, then I'd try pm'ing themajesticking, he tried with his but apparently didn't work out.

The O2 is a standard O2 size of m18 1.5, I have the tap for it if you want to borrow it, it's a size that 95% of the places don;t carry.

everybody carries it, go to oriely's and get a spark plug hole thread chaser, i just did the same thing to my car. the tap (thread chaser) will have two sides a small and a large. it is less than $10

yup or what madmax said, it's a sparkplug hole thread chaser (tap), on the other side of this contraption is the same thing in a larger size which happens to be a m18 1.5

if you are doing the one in the cat is not 18x1.5, its much smaller. I think its 12x1.5 or 14x1.5
