jacking up a car with strut bar/torque ?'s

im going to buy a strut bar pretty soon and have 2 questions. the first is do you have to remove the strut bar when jacking one side of the car? it seems like it might bend. next what torque do i need to put the bolts back in at once installing the strut bar? is there any way to tell the torque without using a drill with the electric reader?

NO, and just put them on tight. No need to Trq them down to anything specific.

p.s.- Just dont remove the 3 bolts with the car in the air.

DO NOT over torque them, 29-40 is the range you should be in. If you go any tighter you will strip the bolt/nut off.

You don't have to remove the strut bar when jacking up the car.

Yes, install with the wheels on the ground is highly recommended.
