yellow fogs; yellow tint film

I was wondering if putting yellow tint film around a foglight BULB has the same night effect as if i would put the tint film on the fog lens cover.

I know that in daytime i wont see the yellow, but i want a JDM look when lights are on at night. Would it come out the same? anyone tried this?

putting tint on the bulb itself would more than likely start a nice fire.. That would be mad JDM yellow though There are capsules that you can install that will make them yellow when on, but normal when off. You can also paint the outside of the foglamp and presto

Just a thought, but how about a yellow bulb...luminics I hear are pretty good...http://www.luminicsbulbs.com/jdm_yel...086b173ff5c841
I plan on getting those when my stock bulbs burn out, if they do.

^ those bulbs are decent and gives what the owner wants yellow when one and normal white when off. and painless install really.

now how i see it $25 per set of bulb for the yellow ones. Or you can put yellow capules for $40 in there and run $5/ sylivina normal h3 bulbs in there. And in the long run 1-2 years depends on bulb life you will end up saving money.

cheap way out would be to tint the lens so its yellow all the time. thats liek $20 and then put $5 bulbs in there. Not sure how yellow it will be but that is cheapest and easiest.

2nd cheapest is yellow bulbs in general. $30 each pair. i think they have a 6-8 average life span. Color is iffy pending on bulbs

then u go into yellow capsules for 40$ and $5 bulbs. but i still think its the cheapest in the long run. because you know for a FACT that it will be extremely yellow.

Me personally i'm trying to get yellow projectors into mines right now for more light and more yellowness.
