I have had my ABS light on for some time now and the brakes have recently started acting up. Usually when I first start the car the light is off and when I step on the brakes the pedal pulsates and the car barely stops. Once I go over 40mph the ABS light turns on and the car brakes normally. Anyone have any idea what this may be? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

 

there's stickies on this i'm sure, but from what i'm told you have a sensor and/or selenoid that goes bad. any shop will be able to determine what the problem is in a few minutes. i would'nt drive it much longer like that.
