Anybody have the CAD for PF TBs?

Hello,

Planning on doing the PF TB mod. At one point there was a CAD file that was uploaded by a member but has long been expired. From what I could tell it had a draw up of a TB adapter plate for the PF TB.

Does anybody still have this file?

Also... would anybody be interested in buying this adapter plate made from machined 6065 aluminum? I have no clue on a price yet... when I get the document Id be able to price it out.

Regards

What are the changes from the 3.0 to the 3.5? Id be more that willing to make you one for the 3.5 but first I need a PF TB to model one after or get the file that already has it modeled.

Well the threads are definently smaller I'd say.. Spacing too.
I wish I could help, when I've made my plates in the past I've just had to use gaskets and try to drill it as accurately as i could...which was never super accurate.
Let me know how it goes...my tb is not lining up with my manifold and I know its causing negative effects on everything.

why are you doing this mod? It's a waste of money for you. You won't be gaining anything from it. A new PF tb will run you $100 minimum probably and you won't gain any more power. Talk to stephen max. He may give you his design for the adapter...maybe.

No. You're putting a bigger tb on all stock parts. The IM is still the same size so it can only hold the same amount of air so to speak. Basically on all stock parts gains would be 1hp if any. Or you can do it and dyno before/after to show exactly what happens.
