Changing Valve Cover Gaskets

I have finally decided to change my leaking valve cover gaskets. Does anybody know of a link that shows the correct tightening sequence and torque? I don't have a manual at this time.

hand tighten all of the bolts the go in a criss cross pattern all the way across. tourqe to no more than 20ft lb as these bolts are easy to snap reall just tighten them then when you fell them stop so a then barley half a turn will do the trick

yeh, i figure what, u can get the front and rear gasket along with the tube seal for uhhhh $50- 60 bucks?

found sum oil on one of the rear spark plugs but i also have sum oil residue exposed on the UIM, so mine as well change that out too.
posted sum of these in my thread:

i guess i'll look into it more and attempt to do it myself or most likely someone more experience, cause $300 is a lot. how long did it take u the first time????

Thanks for the help. I didn't get a chance to start working on the car this weekend so I will be driving with the leaks for a week or two longer

Slinky87 - Both of my covers are leaking, I wish it was just the front.
