It is located in NY so it will be necessary to ship to NC, but an entire black leather interior including seats, etc for $300, it seemed like a solid buy! Any thoughts?

What color is your interior?

If it includes the dashboard, ceiling panel, door panels, every single thing, than don't hesitate to buy it.

My interior is tan cloth and this black leather one literally includes everything - seats, seatbelts, carpet, dash, center console, vents, ceiling, trim, pillars, etc etc.

A STEAL! Your car will go up in value at least twice that! Id almost pay 300$ just for one leather seat because mine looks pretty bad. Nice find, I too am jealous.

That's great to hear all of the positive comments about the deal! On a bragging note: the car had 79k as well
This will be my first Maxima interior swap (As I've been a 240SX guy for quite some time)- are there any tricks or tricky things that I should be aware of? 240SX's are relatively straightfoward, and I'm assuming the Maxima will be comparable.
Thanks again guys

There is a write-up in the sticky threads.
