New Altima does what to prev gen resale??

If the new altima has more horsepower than current maxima's, won't that have a big affect on resale value?
Also, I have a 1998 SE 5 spd (42k miles on it), stillen supercharger, 17inch SSR integrals, h&r's and koni's & RSB, FTB, RSTB, i30 interior door handles. The local Audi dealer wants to give me 13,500 for a trade-in, but he wants all the mods. Told me to go sell the "stock" wheels somewhere else. He says he gets a lot of niche buyers that would be interested in such a car. What do you guys think of this deal?
