With the A/C on, there is quite a lot condensation water coming inside the car on passenger side and driver side, the mats are all wet. I would appreciate any advice on how to deal with this problem? Does Nissan have an FSM for this problem?

Majority of the water comes from the evaporator in the black box on the passenger side. There is a drain at the bottom that may be plugged up. The bottom cover with the drain do come off but it is not too easy.

Find the drain hole from the firewall side and clean it out.
