Someone should come out with some quality chrome roof strips. Throw those faded pieces in the trash and never look back. Gun metal or carbon fiber would be cool too. Respect.

I hate these strips they are fugly

 

I wanted to have mine painted body color but body shop was afraid to do it.

 

If they made gun metal I would throw that on mine in a second. Yeah, I wonder if you can paint them. Ok, well someone who wants to make $$$ should get on this.

 

yea i just got a 04 sl and the strips were faded pretty bad and i came home from work the other day and they were back to normal my dad used some kind of polish to bring them back so they look good again. i was surprised.

 

Yes sir, Mothers chrome polish.

 

I would love CF roof strips and CF headlight housings.

Depending on the color of the car, yours is black therefore woudnt stick out and would look nice but on my car it would be ricey.
