Good news, and injectors news?

So i went back to the track on friday and finally broke into the 13's @ 13.94 with the VE!!! which i was very happy about, but the second run everything is good until i shift into 4th at about the 1000' mark when the engine just blips and i put it in neutral and coast the rest of the 1/4 mile.

Later on the drive home the CEL light came on and the car started to run very badly and seemed like it was missing. So my best guess to this without checking the codes from the ECU would be injectors. what do you all think?

Thanks for the Help.
Alex

not enough info to make a diagnosis.
pull the codes since you got the CEL.
Check for the miss, just unplug the coils to see if any change the way the car runs.

First guesses would be injector or coil pack.

You hit the 13s on spray, I assume. Nice job on that.

You may have cleared the CEL on the dash but it might still be in the memory so give that a try.

What i meant by i think i cleared the code was i didnt exactly know what i was doing and i thought i had a 5 mode but only have a 2 so in following the 5mode directions i think i accidentally cleared the code because i only got a code 55 which means nothing is wrong... but there is something wrong

Thats exactly why you need a nice GT35R or something. Perfect for a automatic-drag setup

Back on topic maximahappy, did it run rough again? Do any trouble shooting?
