I put my spare keyless remote on ebay. It still works, it's just a little beat up.

It is super glue, there is a reason it is cheap. It still works though!

 

so u cant even open the battery part?

 

You could, you would just have to get rid of the glue. The cover for the battery is fine and can hold with out the glue. I think the remote has glue on the back because the whole remote was originally glued to the car key.

Yes, this remote should work with your car since you have a GLE. This remote will work for all 95-99 Maximas that had the keyless entry option (GLEs had it standard).
