Normally only the front, rear and right mounts fail. Rarely do the transmission mount fail. Best to replace with OEM mounts. Yes, they are very expensive. However, others who have replaced with aftermart mounts have complained about vibrations and ended up replacing the aftermart with OEM. Depending on whether you 4 speed or 5 speed auto or 6 speed manual the mounts have minor differences. The front and rear mounts for the 5 speed auto are electronic. oemnissanparts.com and Courtesy Nissan normally have good prices on OEM parts. At one time oemmissanpart offered 35% off list price. Now they offer 27% off. I have purchased from both. They normally ship within a day or two. Both companies are located in the Dallas area so if you live outside the state of Texas the savings on tax will more than pay for the freight. If your mechanic will let you purchase the mounts and install for $225 then jump at the price. Price from Nissan is 2.5 hrs per mount or a total of 7.5 hrs for all three. The front is a real ***** to remove. Good luck

I just replaced 2 mounts on my car, the front and the passenger side. Passenger side took like 30 minutes, very simple.
The front was would have been easier but I installed a MMI in it and that made it a little hard to get back in.
Both took me around 2-3hrs with my dad helping. A helping hand with the front out makes it easier. We used a lift and a jack stand to move the mount around to get clearance. At the same time, I did the 3 rear spark plugs and O2 sensor in the back. Not sure if having the intake manifold off helped make the job easier or not.
I only paid $75 shipped for my 2 mounts. $900 for all 4 mounts seems like a huge rip off.

Rockauto.com sells quality parts at very decent price. You should be able to get all four mounts for about $200. Anchor and DEA are good brands.
