Engine rough chuging when cold

Engine runs really rough when cold at startup and runs reasonably smooth (not perfect) when warmed up. Any possibilities ?. I have a new cts put on for some time now..

coil is unlikely because it's a VG

Check out my thread on engine chugging...I have to replace some injectors, we'll see if that fixes it...There are a lot of possible causes for your problem out there...Just start eliminating items it could be, one at a time. Good luck!
