I have a sound from the engine compartment after shutting down the engine. The best we I can describe it is that sounds like servos switching around. I took the car into the shop and was told that it is swisher valve mixing fuel. I don't recall this happening when I 1st purchased the car. But the fella at the service department said it was normal.

It's kinda strange I don't remember the car doing this when It was newer. Maybe it is something that occurs later in the life of the car.

Just checked mine. It's not making any noise except some pinging.

I've had several cars make that sound, I believe that it is the airconditioner hoses moving liquid around.

I only notice it after running the air on warm days.

I don't believe it anything to worry about.

Well I hope that I didn't create hypoCARdria, I was just wondering if others may have the same sounds occuring in their car. I think I can trust the service guy.
