never gotten so much love in one night

so tonight is thursday night in my town thats when all the kids from the connecting towns meet at my local mcdonalds ive been seeing these meets but my max was never ready enough to be praised
well today i thought it was time for my crew to go to today
unfortunatly i was the only member to head on well as soon as the max entered heads wer turning
i meet up with some local friends and they all said theyve never seen a max this way in my town they are the offcail hoop-ride
well i rolled in opened the trunk and people flocked to
i was pretty amazed since there wer celicas 350z supercharged ecplises basically anything from old school to new to bikes also
somepoeple wer amazed how it sounded only from an intake and exhaust added(lucky i was in a dark corner and people couldnt see my interior )
but it made my night complete im am in heavin at home now and i wanted to share to my fellow maxers that im keeping us alive

A few days ago, I was helping my dad with something outside and I had my 2003 parked out on the street. Two girls (maybe 11-12) walked by and pointed at my car and said "wow, what a pretty car". I said thanks, but in my mind, I wanted to say "it's not pretty, it's bad a**". Anyways, I know how it feels when someone compliments your car like that every now and then.

Exactly... I went to local maxima meet and I was the only 3rd gen. Everyone had 5.5 and 6th gens.

I've gotten quite a few compliments as well...mainly from slightly older people than myself...I'd say from 27 years old and up...all of them tell me "this is the maxima I originally fell in love with and now I have a 97. but I like yours better" or "this car was the **** when I was in high school" I've gotten that quite a few times and it feels great.

I `ve got to say.

I have three Nissans ,but my 93 Max is still lots of fun to own and lots of fun to drive ,I guess I`ll drive it till it falls apart ,even though I have been fortunate to have the other cars so takes some of the pressure off of driving the 93 that often so I have not had to deal with so many problems ,but now it is parked waiting for my new Y pipe and right halfshaft ,and while I am at it ,I will change the to a high flow cat and after Cat exhaust and a little later the headers .This car is 15 yrs old but I still love the car.

PS ,my next project is a rear brake conversion and Goodridge brake lines.

I love my max. when people tell me how sweet of a car it is, it makes me feel that it was so worth buying. the only thing i hate is how noone knows its a maxima until i tell them. i hardly ever get the 'maxima wave-hello'

Same here... Most people don't know what it is until I tell them. And the E36's just confuses them more...

Ive gotten more questions about my 240 since I gutted the rear part of the interior (I wouldn't have but the PO screwed it all up).

Ive been asked if I race it three times in the last three weeks, and maybe two times in the 18 months I owned it pre-stripped interior.
