Interior door panels 95se

My rear left window keeps sliding down on its own on bumps. What do think is wrong? How do I take the interior door panels off to get to the window motor to see whats going on?

the rear panels i believe is only held in by one screw and thats the screw in the plastic cup holder (remove the plastic piece hiding the screw inside cup) by the window switch... the rest of it is being held on by retainer clips
