auto headlights

i saw this somewhere but can't find it anymore. i want to the headlights to turn off when i turn the engine off for a 96 maxima.

take it a step further...

to allow it to turn on with how much light is outside (99 auto setting)

and DIY project on that HomerMAC? i don't know electronics and would fry everything.
