Yesterday i was looking in a nada bluebook at cars for my friend and he was syaing what cars were better and were more expensive when they first came out, we was looking at sportscars and muscle cars and everything we could think of that was fast and the msrp was around 20 grand brand new, then he said hey your car is fast lets see what it is and to our suprise the4th generation maxima was around 30 grand, and back then that was alot of money cosidering the corvette was only 3 grand more! this just shocked me, so i thought i might tell the .org

I'm trying to understand the OP. Were you looking for cars with high performance and low resale value? Essentially a used car with major bang-for-buck?

your probably talking about top of line gle with every options vs base corvette and even then 30's doesnt sound about right for a vette. i think a base gxe could have been had for around 20-22k back then.
