Lower Control Arm

i got a 97 maxima, and my passenger side lower control arm is bad. My friend has a 3rd gen max and said i can take his. will it fit????

absolutely. i fit one from a 82 maxima onto my 98 and it works like a charm.

ok so i got the control arm and they look different, do i have to do any modifications to get it to fit??? also im changing the water pump right now!! it suckssss, and its helllla hard

I think he was just messing with you man, sorry that you had to go through the trouble of getting it. you need to find one from a 4th gen.
