How I Improved My Maximas Ride Quality For Free

What i did accidently is have 2 people in the back of my car and 2 in the front including me which all over 150lbs. And for some odd reason when i have extra weight in my car it turns better less torque steer less bumpiness, body roll and ride quality is just all out better than usual its odd to me why that happens. My question is would i have that same result if i were to lower my car and install new shocks. [B]Note[B] Iam also on 20's give me your input on what i should do as far as upgrades to get the same result.

so your handling improves...but your acceleration decreased
you got that result because your cars springs were compressed and you had a lower center of gravity. you can get the same result by...lowering your car

I don't know how low you can go with 20's, but you'd be safe with H&R and possibly H-Tech springs. With Illumina shocks is my opinion

I just went back to stock spring and struts.

I forgot how awsome the ride is on a stock maxima, but now I also realize just how terrible handling is with the stock springs and struts.....

change your rims to 18". get lowering springs with new struts. then you wont need 3 of your friends to be in your car to handle better.
more weight=slower acceleration.

I rather not like accelerating as if i have a ton of bricks in my car.....Hell I NOTICE when i have 4 people in my car (on those family events where some one may need a ride) and I HATE THE WAY IT DRIVES, THE ACCELERATION, THE Way it corners, and the way it handles when hitting bumps..maybe its my stock suspension which i need to finally get around to swapping
