I followed the sticky trying to change my dash board light bulbs into LEDs or at least white. After I sweated like crazy under the Alabama sun and pulled the whole thing out, they are not 194!!!

My new used maxima is a 98 GLE. (BTW, I got this one not too long ago after I totaled my 97 SE a month ago, for some friends to know)

What kind of bulbs are these? They sure look smaller than 168/194. What's the Wattage on those? I did some search on the forum, #74?
Any suggestions on making them into LEDs?

since u have a 98 you have the digital cluster that means you need #74's from autolumination or if your good with soldering check out the stickys and solder some 194's in place of the 74's (and for the cluster you need 4 bulbs to light it up)

 

FIVE #74 bulbs will do it.
