Drags tonight in my 99 GLE

Ran three times here in OSW (Orlando Speed World), totally stock, 26 lbs in the fronts, BUT, I do have a Stillen STB'S front and rear and the rear sway bar, handles good, here's the runs,
1st 16.32 60' 2.45

2nd 16.38 60' 2.43

3rd 16.31 60' 2.45

I guess it's not too bad, I know running low 12's with the Nova is WAY more fun,

Anyone else have any similer times?

From: Ho'lando FL,
Trap speeds were 86/85 mph,

I don't think the 60' will get much better, it being a auto in all, but there was no track prep, not even a blow off, may have to go on a night when the faster cars run,

Werd!!! u no the NOVA GUY??? Its a kid driving it. Its an orange nova right... i use to go to osw but now have no time... ill tell u a little secret on those 60' foots... well not really a secret but it worked for me when i had my auto. put ure tires at 22 psi and neutral drop that bitc*... if u want it kills ure engine mounts i use to do it all the time in 95 auto no tranny problems... sold it on ebay and got a 5speed. I use to pull 2.2 with my auto all stock but i really put it through sum shi* i ran 15.5 gxe. And if your really want to punish it more put a little piece of dry ice in the intake....lol

yes i did pull 2.2 60 foot auto my tires were really good and the track was really good. I use to drop it at rev limiter and it would just drop down to 4k and just pull like crazy.. its no were near the power of clutch dumping so it did not spin the wheels they would just hook up because of traction. I had thick fluid in tranny at time (lucas) never seen any problems... and for the dry ice part yes i did do that and it gets it unbelievably cold... no air filter.

From: Ho'lando FL,
Are you talking about the Orange one with the white roof that was on Pinks??? that car is slow, and the black kid needs to learn to drive and heat the tires, Mines red and rusty, runs 12.20's untuned, now its tuned but I'm doing the exhaust,

I don't want to do neutral drops with the daily driver, I like going to work and getting a pay check, I may try acouple of things,

Mine and Mike’s point was that it's damn near impossible on an A33 3.0L(heavier than an A32)
