Rear brake pad

I was checking my brakes the other day and I found that the outter brake pad on the rear right side is moving inside the caliper. It make a chattering noise if I hit a bump in the road. Should this happen? What could be the problem? Is it an easy fix?

I don't mean to totally hijack the thread, but also on the rear brakes, has anyone had a caliper that is pushing the pad unevenly? I've replaced the pads once and I'm waiting to see if it wears out again prematurely. It literaly pushed the front part of the pad in only. Anyone had this? It's on a 99 SEL
