Help! Leaky Sunroof in Florida Storms!
Help! Leaky Sunroof in Florida Storms!
Yeah, it's been raining here a lot lately and it's leaking into my car. Usually if I park with the front end of the car pointed down I won't have a problem, but recently it's been raining so hard it's been flowing out all over the seats when I move it after a storm regardless.
I know I should clean the drainage tubes with a coat hanger or compressed air but I have looked and just can NOT find where to stick the darn thing to clean them out. The FSM wasn't any help either.
If anyone has pictures (Wayne
), please post them up because I'm a little lost and I'm sick of having to hold a towel up against the sunroof during my initial pull away from being parked so my passenger doesn't get a nice shower.

check where the hose comes out right behind the back tires if it's just the end clogged up clean out then you could give it a shot of air and be sure to clean the drain channal out around the track when then open the moon roof and dump some water in the channal and make sure it's draining out.
mine was clogged at the little y splitter where the anttenna drain and right rear roof drain tubes y into one that pops out behind the r rear wheel
look in where the stock jack area is and under the anttenna

Well, I found the problem. Turns out this little puppy (What looks like the Y piece maximagition was talking about) Was royally farked. Had dirt/sand/rust clogging all ends, and the antenna hose wasn't even plugged into it.

Had to cut it off in order to get it off the hose, put the two drains down the wheel well, zip tied, done.
No more leaks
