Ok. Seriously. Once and for all. Stupid Lowering springs without shocks!
Ahh! I cant seem to find a straight anwser.
What happens when your struts go? And how much does it cost to fix?
I dont have the money right now for shocks, but Id really like to install the stupid springs. Worst case sonario whats going to happen?
I know in the perfect world i should get shocks/springs at the same time, but i dont have the money to do that right now... So can i have my springs on for, say, a month or two? And if my struts go what happens and how much to fix?!!?

If your struts go, there is no fix, you get to buy new ones. I installed springs without shocks, and I got Tokicos (which suck) about 6 months later. But I was doing the labor so it wasn't that big of a deal. If you have to pay someone to do it, then it sucks. Your ride is going to be more bouncy, but that's about it. Nothing horrible is going to happen to your car, it's just going to ride badly.
To this day, I still have my stock struts on my 2K Max. My Tokico's are on order and I have 25K miles on my car since I installed my Eibach springs...and still running good...no problems

i put eibachs on my 80k stock rears and my newer, only 20k stock fronts. the REARS are TOTALLY toasted, it wobbles to no end, very bouncy. The fronts seem a little worn but not too bad. if you are doing the labor yourself, like me, you can try to do it separetly but if not wait, even then it's still a pain to do.
Using the worn out struts on new springs will cause more stress to the spring and will not dampen the effect of shock transmitted to the spring. They may crack. This happened to Confused(Brett) right before the meet at LSP. It's a good idea to get the struts in when you put the springs in. I think http://www.shox.com/ is supposed to have good prices on suspensions.
