Hi everyone, I have a Greddy catback for a 95-96 Maxima on my 97. I modified the piping to fit my 97. However, as many of you know I want to make my car more quiet so I am looking into getting the WS. However, the catback would need modification again. Thus, what I want to do is find someone who has the Apexi WS Catback or Muffler and is willing to cut their's off (just the muffler) and I will cut my Greddy off of its piping. Then we will just trade mufflers and get them welded onto our piping. This way is the easiest way to do it. It has to be someone in Southern Cali (or willing to drive to So Cali). We will meet up at a muffler shop and do the trade. It will cost about $30 per car to do the trade.

This is your opportunity to get the Greddy (if you've been complaining that the WS is too quite).

PS - No posts offering any other mufflers. I want the WS, not the Stillen, not the HKS. Also, I don't want to trade full catbacks since mine has been modified unless someone has a Apexi WS Catback that has been modified for a 97.

 

glad to hear you took our advice and are getting a different muffler and springs too?? I might want to sell my eibachs. They are a good drop and not overlly harsh. Harsher than h/r's but i want sprints. yours are cut though aren't they. Well good luck, hope you find one.

hey brian v you found your man. when do u want to this. I live in NYC, and theres a ton of shops that i know can do this. Is the greddy loud because thats wha i want, the apexi ws is too quiet for me, and what condition is it in, my apexi ws is in great condition. I am very serious, so drop me an email of when u want to do this, peace.

I'm in So Cali and I don't want to run with no exhaust. Mine is in decent condition, I'd have to polish it once it's removed, and for some reason the top of the tip has a dent in it, but it's not visible once installed on the car.
