just wondering, been having problems with my intake..

also, i covered half of my stillen intake with duct tape, thinking it would restrict some air flow and give back my low end...

funny thing is that, i think its helping =X

 

Mine idles around 600-650 .... that is with the OSCAI/K&N and y-pipe. Funny you mention the low end and intake... I put my stock dirty paper filter in this past weekend since I was cleaning my K&N and I think I gained some low-end also when I drove around with it for a little bit yesterday...

 

Mine idles around 800 with my K&N cone intake. I think it was like that stock too. DooBall, what is your idle speed btw?

 

Mine idles about 800 when the car is warmed up.

 

Mine (stick) is @ 600-650. If I am not mistaken one of the stickers under the hood, or your manual should say what the proper idle speed is for your tranny.
