Dyno results

Ok I would like everyones opinion especially the owners of the following. I have a 2k1 5spd with a Stillen Intake and Cattman Y-pipe.
1. If I install a Random Tech Cat will I see any hp/torque gains? If so is it in the low, mid or high end? And how does this affect both of the dyno curves throughout the rpm range?
2. I've asked and not even Greddy gives me a solid answer. What are the performance gains of the Greddy cat back and how does it affect the dyno curves throughout the rpm range?
Everyones opinion and experience with these would be appreciated also keeping in mind the mods I already have?
Thanks!

I know of at least one or two of the V6 Accord guys on my board that are using the Random Tech Hi-Flow Cat. I can't find the thread to link you to, but I think I'm pretty sure I remember (don't quote me) one of the guys saying that he got good gains throughout the entire RPM range because it didn't reduce backpressure but was just less restrictive than the OEM cat.
We've got a couple of exhaust threads in our FAQ over there, but none are dedicated just for aftermarket cats. Hmm...might have to change that

I have the y-pipe and RT cat... I think the cat did give me a little more top-end... nothing like the y-pipe gains, but a nice little increase. The exhaust note has gotten sweeter though. It sounds deeper and past 4k rpm it's nice
In my opinion, the y-pipe is the best exhaust mod. The RT cat and B-pipe are secondary...

Phat, where are the dyno results?? Someone might respond to your post if you had a title that had something to do with the subject.

I did some digging last night and I still couldn't find the post I was looking for, but I did find another thread where he talked about it and he actually got headers and the RT Cat installed at the same time. Headers give HUGE low-end gains on the A-V6 so that probably spoiled any real thoughts on the RT Cat, as the headers would have had the most effect by far.
But if you remove your cat and replace it with a straight pipe you aren't going to lose any backpressure. You're just bypassing the cat and I wouldn't think you'd lose any low-end power, would you? I think the RT Cat sorta has more of a "straight pipe" design to it, or something like that, compared to most OEM ones.
I dunno. I know very little about exhaust systems and less than that when it comes to the inner workings of catalytic converters, so I'll stand aside on this one

The dyno results are something I'm looking for in the case of the Greddy Cat Back and RT Cat. That is why I had the subject as dyno results. Also looking for everyones opinion/experience with those two mods.
