Guys, I just got coilovers for the Max, but I'm running them with the stock Tockicos, it's bouncy as hell, and I've bottomed out already. I've asked the local autoshop here, and they said there were no Koni's available for the 2000, and the 1999 one's don't fit. They said, KYB's are the only thing available, but it's non-adjustable. Please help.. quick..

Dude..

Hey, I met you that Saturday when you were at Fizz. I dont even know why you had them install anything for you. Their prices are outrageous!. What coilovers did you get and how much?

Aftermarket shocks that are available are:

1. Tokico
2. Koni's (I think they r 4th gen but can b adjusted 2 fit our rides ... check Kev's site 4 info)
3. KYB AGX's are supposed 2 b out in late Sep if u can .. those will work best with your coilovers.

good luck dude!

Konis do fit the 5th gen. Some modification is needed to the strut hats for the front. The rears are bolt on. Check the how-to sticky thread. The last one in there is on how to install Konis.

Cisco, they haven't installed anything from me, I just go there time to time and chill. The OBX springs that I bought was from someone that works there, not from the company. Yo_it's_ok, I agree with you, on their pricing. About M*****, that used to work there, I heard differently and from both sides. Were you tight with him? Tell me some "vendors" that I can goto, you seem to live in Queens, we should chill sometime. Thanks for everyone elses input, I'm going to try the Koni's, KYB's don't have anything for 2000 yet...
