I just bought my girlfriend a Valentine one for her maxima. I have one in my Lightning and have it hard wired to the over head console. I want to hard wire her's to the sun roof in her 2000 maxima. Has anyone done this before? Or does anyone know how I would go about doing this?

Thanks for any help

John

I'm not sure how rewiring the radar to the sun roof goes, but mingo helped me get power from an open fuse slot. All it did was run the wire up the a pillar and across the top of the windshield (between the roof and the ceiling). The wire comes out of a slit near the sunglass holder.

Do you remember how you did that? What fuse? What color wire? I am going out now to take a look at her sunroof and will let anyone who wants to know what I find out.

Cut the metal connector (one should be supplied with the V1) in half, find an open fuse slot, put the connector in the top fuse slot, then run your wire up the a pillar (just pull the pillar off).
