What clutch do you have, what stage, how much, and how do you like it?

I need a new clutch badly. I'll be ordering one this week. What clutches does everyone have, what stage as well. Also, where'd you get yours, and how much did you pay for it (just the parts, no install). Finally, how well do you like it. I plan on doing basic bolt ons I,Y,E and 60 shot nitrous. Just trying to decide on what one to get.

Neal,

I have an ACT street clutch, got it for 320 shipped for the whole kit from Vitessi Motorsports (they are not doing business anymore) it's my favorite mod so far...and I have all the mods that you plan on running...even the NOS...and it holds up to that no problem. I get rubber into second and into third.
PM me if you want to meet up sometime and you can try out my clutch...

CenterForce Dual Friction-
Feels like stock but grabs awesome.
Had it with the S/C & it never slipped...
Dropped 2/10ths off my 60' time...

I can get you one for under $250 shipped...

Sorry for having to dissagree with you Adam but as many people know Centerforce Clutches have a real bad rep on this forum. Honestly you are the only member I have ever seen speak highly of this clutch{no offense}. I personaly have had two Centerforce Stage III Dual Friction Clutches{1 in max & 1 in my I30}, The one I put in my max lasted about 4K miles and then started to slip, now after 8K miles on it I need to replace it this week. My I30's Centerforce clutch slipped from day one. BTW I followed the proper break in method.

I personaly recommend a Nissan OEM clutch if you are staying NA, if you have a SC or NOS I whould highly recommend a ACT clutch. The ACT clutch has a real nice feel to it and it always locked down all of the power of my SC I30 every time, I even chirped 3rd gear with it all the time. IMO stay far away from Centerforce.

I will never get centerforce again, 4000 miles and it slips like crazy. I called centerforce and they are no help.
