I JUST GOT MY FRONT LIP FROM STILLEN, DIDN'T GET ANY SCREWS OR TAPE OR INSTRUTION, CAN ANY ONE TELL ME HOW TO PUT IT ON. THANKS

I WAS ON YOUR SITE BUT I SAW IT SAID COMING SOON DIDN'T LOOKED AT THE KIT. SO YOU ONLY PUT TAPE ON THE PART BETWEEN THE FINS IN THE BOTTOM, THTS IT???? THANK FOR REPLYING AND FOR INFO.

 

First off get a bottle of Ajax powder stuff and a sponge with ruff stuff on the back.Now scrub it with hot water and Ajax until there is no shine anywhere on the lip,also clean the under part of the front bumper real well with alchole.Now get a couple rolls of double sided 3M tape from home depot or other places.Now set the tape on the part of the lip that will make contact with your bumper and then line it up with your front bumper and install.Hopefully it sticks real nice.Next get some screws out.Now screw away any and all places you see fit,its really up to you were you want to put the screws.I personaly used 8 screws.I put 4 in the middle from underneath and 4 other screw 1 on the very far left and right part of the lip and 1 underneath each foglight.You should use flat headed screws since they fit flush on the lip so when you get it painted they are not very visable.

 

stillen doesn't supply the double sided tape? weird b/c when i bought my kit (3yrs ago), they gave me a roll of VERY STRONG double sided tape. stronger than any 3M at home depot and till today i haven't found one that strong.

 

it was super strong but they only supplied enough for just the front lip/not the rest of the kit.The 3M tape at H.Dep. was the best I found but wasnt that great ohh well just double up on screws I guess.

how much did your kit cost? I jus twant the lip also do u thionk there would be problems with it in the snow??
