Hey everyone my car makes a strange "creeking" noise sometimes. It comes from directly behind the dash. It usually only does it when I am going over, say, a parking bump, with the wheel turned to the right. I have noticed it for a while, and now it it seemingly getting worse. I really have no idea what it is, I have looked under the hood and everything seems nice and tight. I wish I could explain this without the vagueness but the noise is strange and hard to describe. Anyone have any ideas?

 

Maybe the heat shield for your exhaust is hitting the pipe?
