I know the M3 is faster. My friend just got one and we both know it's faster, but is it even worth a shot when we're at a light or on the FWY sometime? I know I'm a MUCH better driver than he is. I've driven stick for about 40K miles, he's driven for about 500.
Also, how do I fare with PR CAI, RT Cat, Catt YPipe, and Greddy Exhaust, and suspension?

His car is absolutely stock. Both cars have about 40K miles? So far I've toasted a midly mod'd accord 5spd, mildly mod'd 2000 SI, GSR, 3000GT SL (on fwy). An auto m3 with 3 passengers rev'd on me and I took him to about 60, but then let off because of pedestrians.

M3 is a phat car

But I love to race anything that comes my way especially my friends cars I have raced and won cars like moded 95accord coupe 5speed, 98 V6 accord coupe, BMW 318 si , 2000 BMW 323 ci, lost to a 3000GT by a half a car length( better driver), toasted a acura 3.0 cl and other cars that I did not even get a chance to see what theywere
Take a chance it will be fun

Give it a shot. Like EZEMaixma said, it comes to the driver. If he doesn't know how to drive stick and since you do, you do stand a chance. Try it and let us know! I don't have problems racing modified hondas. I raced my friends 97 Accord that is a 5 speed w/ intake, header, and exhaust and still beat him by a a car length. I would of thought he'd beat me but it does come down to the driver.

Like they said - It does depend on the driver.

But you'll lose.
That car is fast -he knows it- you know it- the corporation that manufacturered the car knows it.
Even if he's sloppy and you're on target he should beat you.
Take the best of 5 runs.
If he doesn't win - he's not trying.
If it's a girl driving- then of course your response is _
"I let you win"
"Let's do it again. And I'll buy dinner."

You will never really beat him, you may hang with him for a bit. The ONLY way he would lose is if he's a disaster at 5 spd, grinds the gears and doesn't quite know what he's doing, and, you know exaclty what you're doing and have a great launch! Go for it, I go anything as long as it's not gonna endager anyone. It will be fun to race someone else in a thoroughbred sports car.

Actually, they are big rims! 18's, and the drop was done thanks to adobe photoshop 5.5 as well as the rest of my creation! I was just bored so I started screwin around with a photo of my car. But I really love the shaved brake lights.
