Odometer Light

Anyone ever replace the bulb which illuminates the LCD odometer display at night? Everything else on the cluster lights up properly. Is it possible to crack open the cluster to get to it? I've taken clusters out of other cars which had to be sent out to the manufacturer to be fixed...

that probably uses an LED, like the ones in car radios.. soldering on circuit board. I say kind of complicated.

That's what I'm afraid of. I don't need to be dropping hundreds on a cluster. I guess unless someone tells me it's a replacable bulb I'll probably just live with it...
