OMG! 2002 Altima 3.5 just ran me!!!
I did not expect this. Car had new tags still, and I guess he wanted to see if he could take me?!!? All I can say, is that he did see my tail lights. This was off the line. I think it was a auto, (sounded like one), but I pulled 1 car on him by 60, then we let off. I am impressed for the auto, but not impressed enough.
Wooohooo1!!!
Wait for that 5spd Altima, or 6spd Max, I wanna run!

I test drove a Altima 3.5 5-speed on Saturday. Better watch out guys, this thing is really fast with power from start to finish. The whole time I'm thinking that this thing is going to be a problem for my 2k SE 5-spd.
A couple of other observations:
Interior - This one was white, black leather, 6-disc in dash CD, automatic temp control. Lots of space front & rear. I'm 6-2 could easily sit behind myself with room to spare. Sounds loaded but the interior was definitely on the cheaper side. Stiff leather, really cheap, almost brittle plastic.
Exterior - Kinda sporty. Looks a whole lot better with the spoiler. I almost didn't notice the plastic hood and trunk lid. No lifters on the hood though. And the doors (especially rear) have a thin, tinny feel. Again,
Handling - Might take some getting used to. At low-mid speed cornering it feels pretty smooth. At high speed (65 -75), it feels a little jittery. I might be biased because I'm used to the rock solid nature of the Max (w/FSTB & RSB), which I appreciate during interstate trips. With the same mods, the Altima might be great.
Value - At $25.5K sticker, a lot of car for the money.
