Which car would be faster?

A 2K-2K1 SE 5-speed with y-pipe, intake, and UDP

verses

A 2K2 SE 6-speed with HLSD and everything left stock.

technicaly the 2k2 will still have more hp but i don't know what will happen if they raced eachother off...that would be intersting...i am pretty sure the 2k2 will win..it has an advantage

It would depend if the intake was a CAI, wouldn't it?

I say that the 2K1 would run damn near neck and neck with the 2K2.

I think if you also put a nice CAT like a RT CAT, then it mighg have a slight edge.

2k2 isn't that fast....

The auto was tested to run at 7.0 seconds.

Please leave the automagic out of this as the auto is NOT the topic of this thread.

I say 2002, because the power curve is better with the VQ 3.5.

Throw in some ultralight wheels like TE-37 or CP-035 with max performance tires and the 2K will win.
