Y Pipe Questions

Ok here is the question. I bought second hand a 1998 Maxima SE which after looking at the paper that comes on the window when it is first bought says it has CA Specs. I live in Massachusetts so I did not know that they shipped them that way all over. Anyway, I want to get a Y pipe installed. The problem is though everyone seems to not want to make one for the CA-Spec. Is there anyone one here with that SPEC and a Y-Pipe and if so where did you get it from? I have tried contacting Budget Exhaust and some others but never get a reply. Anyone that can help I thank you in advance.

Cattman makes a CA-spec Y-pipe.
