Clear bra guys - any experience with this film cut on eBay?

This guy swears his product is identical to the $75-150 3M kits out there. Has anyone purchased it for their Maxima (or other car) and can offer some insight? His auction is awfully convincing, but I'm still skeptical.

I know the head Nissan Tech at my work (I work at my local Nissan dealership) has 3M kit on his truck and he says it works well but that's an eBay product... It probably isn't as thick as the 3M or made of a different material?

I'm skeptical about ebay anything. Don't real 3M clearbras cost a lot? Like Laminx?

I removed my 3M clear bra after 4 yrs. It started to look bad. Trust me.....the only thing it stops is the paint from coming off the chip. I removed my clear bra from the hood and I peeled off a ton of little paint flakes.

If I did it again, I would buy the thickest stuff I could find and only...I mean only....put it on metal. Just my $.02
