1997 Black GLE

Nothing special. Just went out and took some pics of the ride. I have had this Maxima for almost 3 years now. It is in great condition! Never really shown what I did with this Maxima on the forums. Mileage is at 107k.

The only things have done to it all the red/clear tails, removed the GLE emblem, put 2000 yr 5 spoke rims on it with beefy 225/50 tires, and factory fogs. The engine has intake, optima battery, and painted valve cover.

She runs very smooth! Her name is black betty!

Thanks for the comments folks. No drop because I used to have a 3rd gen that was dropped and the 4th gen just didnt really need it. I am selling the car soon because I need a down payment for a house.

The purple look sucks though! I used to have blue lights in them but they burned out too fast. So now I got clear lights and it flashes purple. It is because I used the wrong clear for it. At night you can't see the difference though.

What are you going to drive if you sell it? I can't imagine the $3-5k you'd sell this for would make that huge of an impact on a downpayment, but I could be wrong? Either way very clean looking, I love how the 2k wheels look on there.

Well I should get a little more than 5k for it. This car is in great shape for year. KBB is $5700 for year and mileage plus using good condition. Compared to some Maximas around that I know are driving with high 100k it is a steal for $5k in my opinion. I have a Ford F150 too so figure I would just drive it around. The Maxima has been the daily driver. I am trying to buy a condo/townhouse so that is a start for help towards a downpayment.
