Gauging Interest VQ35 Sale

Here's what you get:
Complete 2002 VQ35 with 22k miles (ran the VIN myself and did a leakdown test)
Ported and polished LIM and SSIM
Stephen Max cam adapters
Cable Driven converted TB
Custom CVVT block off plates
Custom intake butterfly block off plate with supply for IACV
350Z Thermostat
All new gaskets, O rings, etc. still in packaging from DaveB

What you will need to do swap:
VQ30 inner and outer timing cases
VQ30 water pump
VQ30 timing chains, gears, and tensioners
Flywheel (depending on your trans)

I'm on the fence of whether to do the swap or just be happy with the Maxima as my DD and sell the motor and invest in a RWD car for the track. Someone help me make up my mind.

Looking for the right offer to motivate a sale.

Here's how I see it:

A low mileage VQ35 should go for around $900
Stephen Max cam adapters $125
I have receipts for $225 worth of gaskets and misc. parts
The custom parts I made are probably worth at least $100
I won't even put a price on the several hours I have in doing the SSIM and port and polish job

That's $1350 by my calculation

That is exactly what I need to replace my 175k 3.0.

New VQ or buy a house, new VQ or buy a house???

Decisions decisions... $1g probably not enough motivation, huh?
