ABS sensor more prone to short with BBKs?
ABS sensor more prone to short with BBKs?
Those with BBKs that have removed your front dust shields, have you had your ABS light go on with error codes which indicate a short or open circuit in the front ABS sensors?
Got 3 codes for my ABS:
1. open circuit RF
2. short RF
3. open circuit LF
Could it be that the sensors are more prone to getting dirty since there is no dust shield?
Plus, how hard is it to remove and clean the ABS sensors? And what do you clean them with?

No problems here either. I think its just a coincidence you got a code.
Not sure about removing the ABS sensors and cleaning them, so can't help you there. Sorry. I'd start with the FSM and see what it says about removal/cleaning. I would imagine rubbing alcohol would be safe to use as a cleaning agent.
BTW, which BBK do you have??
Did you get the code right after installing the BBK?? Maybe the sensor got damaged while removing the dust shield??
